TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Your offer to purchase goods is accepted solely upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered..

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 5~10 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

-Item(s) not available.
-Difficulty in processing payment information.
-Cannot ship to address provided.
-Duplicate order was placed.

WHAT'S THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
No returns/or refunds. All purchases are final sale (including special orders or pre-orders). You may contact us if you have any questions, or issues with your order.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Request for exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order. You may only exchange for the same item and same size. Request may be sent to support@kstarmx.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product will vary.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
* All shipping fees are at buyers expense and are non-refundable
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when your local post office marks your item as delivered. If the item get lost in the transit to your country, We'll replace your item and re-ship it without problem

Although we try to represent our shades and describe and depict textures of items as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor and product descriptions, colors, information, or other content is subject to change.
