TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Your offer to purchase goods is accepted solely upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered..
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 5~10 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
At K-STAR, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. However, we want to inform you that all purchases made on our website are final sale. This means that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
-Item(s) not available.
-Difficulty in processing payment information.
-Cannot ship to address provided.
-Duplicate order was placed.
We believe in providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience, which is why we strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will be more than happy to assist you with an exchange.
If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of requesting an exchange. Please note that exchanges can only be made for the same item and/or size.
If we sent the wrong item, to return it, the item must be SEALED and Unused. If you opened the item or use it, we won’t be able to exchange it.
It is important to keep in mind that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Additionally, all shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
We want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
Lastly, we would like to remind you that all shipping fees are at the buyer's expense and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by your local post office. However, if your item gets lost during transit to your country, we will gladly replace it and re-ship it to you without any problem.
