No returns/or refunds. All purchases are final sale. You may contact us if you have any questions, or issues with your order.

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Request for exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order. You may only exchange for the same item and same size. Request may be sent to support@kstarmx.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product will vary.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when your local post office marks your item as delivered. If the item get lost in the transit to your country, We'll replace your item and re-ship it without problem.
