HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically process within 5~10 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically to:
North America: 10~25 business days
UK, Europe, Australia: 15~35 business days
Asia: 7~20 business days
Mexico: 18~25 business days
Other Countries: +40 business days

*During Winter time (November-January), delivery time may take a bit longer than normal - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Request for exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order. You may only exchange for the same item and same size. Request may be sent to support@kstarmx.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product will vary.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
