Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 5~10 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Under Order Processing: Processing times may be extended during national holidays in the country of origin.

Shipping Clarification: An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to the carrier. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Tracking Clause: For certain international shipping methods, tracking information may not update immediately and may require several business days after dispatch to reflect movement.
